Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Moment Fantasven, you agree to be bound by this Code of Conduct. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moment Fantasven. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Code of Conduct.

Eligibility Requirements

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Moment Fantasven. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Maintain only one account per person

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Strictly Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Cheat or Exploit: Use unauthorized third-party software, bots, hacks, mods, or exploits to gain unfair advantages
• Account Manipulation: Share accounts, purchase/sell accounts, or use multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
• Match Fixing: Deliberately lose matches, coordinate with opponents to manipulate outcomes, or engage in any form of result manipulation
• Harassment: Engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful communication toward other players
• Fraud: Attempt unauthorized transactions, charge-backs after receiving services, or payment manipulation
• System Interference: Attack, disrupt, or attempt to breach our systems, servers, or security measures
• Impersonation: Pretend to be another player, staff member, or affiliated entity
• Content Violations: Upload, display, or transmit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property within Moment Fantasven are owned by us or our licensors. This includes:

• Game software, code, and architecture
• Graphics, animations, and visual designs
• Player names, statistics, and team data
• Trademarks, logos, and brand materials
• Game mechanics and tactical systems

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Moment Fantasven for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the game
• Create derivative works or competing products
• Extract data or content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

User-Generated Content

Content you create (team names, custom designs, communications) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify this content within the game.

Virtual Items & Transactions

In-Game Purchases

Virtual items (cosmetics, customization options) can be purchased using real currency. Important terms:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• You do not own purchased items; you receive a limited license to use them
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue items at any time
• Virtual items cannot be transferred, traded, or sold outside the game

Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. You authorize charges for purchases made through your account. Unauthorized transactions must be reported immediately.

Account Penalties & Enforcement

Violation Consequences

Depending on severity and frequency, violations may result in:

• Warning: Formal notice of violation
• Temporary Suspension: 7-30 day account restriction
• Competitive Ban: Removal from ranked play and tournaments
• Permanent Ban: Complete account termination without refund
• Legal Action: Pursuit of damages for severe violations

Appeals Process

You may appeal penalties by contacting support@momentfantasven.org within 14 days. Include your account details and explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 30 days, and decisions are final.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the game for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues without liability.

No Warranty

Moment Fantasven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation, continuous availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Lost data, virtual items, or account progress
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions of other users or third parties
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Damages exceeding amounts you paid to us in the past 12 months

Termination

Your Rights

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for purchased content.

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of this Code of Conduct
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Breach of payment obligations
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your license to use Moment Fantasven immediately ceases, and you must stop accessing the service.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

This Code of Conduct is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than courts, except for small claims court actions. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you must first contact us at legal@momentfantasven.org to attempt informal resolution. We commit to good-faith negotiation for 30 days.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

This Code of Conduct, combined with our Privacy Scroll and Memory Settings, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moment Fantasven.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliated entity without restriction.
